Service Description
We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation, available either by phone or in person. In this session, we will thoroughly assess your current needs and concerns to determine how we can effectively work together to address them. * Please note for every additional 1-15 minutes over there is an additional $25.00 charge.
Cancellation Policy
Initial appointments, prepaid starting at $100, must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. This is primarily because an initial appointment requires that 2 time slots are unavailable for use by others. If no cancellation is made with at least 48 hours notice, no refund will be given. Returning clients are asked to cancel appointments at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. This allows other clients to utilize the canceled time slot. If you do not cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged full price for your session. We understand that emergencies can occur unexpectedly. If one arises, please call the office directly to avoid being charged for a missed session. If you repeatedly fail to cancel an appointment within 24 hours or do not show up, you will be charged the full rate for those sessions. This may also lead to the termination of future counseling services.
